会員の一人は負傷したものの命に別状はなく，順調に回復しています。
また会員の自宅の少なくとも20戸が，住まいとして成り立たない程度の損害を受けました。
2つの集会所は直ちに避難所として利用されましたが，会員が自宅へ戻るにつれ，その利用者数は徐々に減少しています。
その間，近隣のステークやユニットにより水や食料の十分な供給があり，また衛生面，医療面，その他ボランティアを含む必要も十二分に満たされました。
地域福祉部からも補足の物資提供がなされました。

At least twenty homes of Church members were damaged to the point where they cannot be lived in.
Two meetinghouses immediately being used as evacuation centers have decreasing numbers of members as they return to their homes.
In the meantime, a sufficient supply of water, food, hygiene, medical, and other necessary supplies as well as volunteers were generously donated by neighboring stakes and units.
Supplemental commodities were also provided by the Area Welfare Department.
Early mental health counseling and support activities for members of all ages have been provided through longtime partner IsraAID in collaboration with LDS Family Services.
At this time, the local needs for commodities and volunteers are being met sufficiently with ongoing coordination between priesthood leaders and the welfare department.
