Online Store Assistant (Chuuk)
Support Services Department, Asia North Area
Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of store leader of Yigo, Guam Temple Store, provide supportand place orders for members in Chuuk, FSM.
- Support annual Pop-Up Store project in Chuuk by product receiving, storage, and display
- Manages resources including laptop and smartphone to run the online store assistant operation.
- Travel and visit members' homes or units as necessary to facilitate the order process
Qualifications:
- Current temple-recommend (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent, and two years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle customer service both face to face and over phone.
- Proficiency in the use of personal computers and basic applications (i.e., MicrosoftWord, Outlook, Excel) and internet research
- A service-oriented attitude and mindset
